Don’t mind the medical supplies in the back.

Don’t mind the tired momma face.

Her toilet flooded again thanks to the heavy rains in Montreal, for what feels like the millionth time this summer…so, it was a cleanup day. Am I complaining? Absolutely. Am I thankful for our shop vac? Yes ma’am.

But do mind my playing with scarves to cheer me up. I won a little moment to myself. An idea I found on Pinterest. I hope I can do more…

Almost all my scarves have a special origin. They aren’t just pretty things… This, from my Great Grandmother. Another from my Mom. Another from my children. They keep me from catching a chill. They protect me. 🧿  And they’re infinitely fun to play with. I bet you, too, have your own special heirlooms that are near and dear to you and connect you to others. And give you cheer, and perhaps cheer you on.
